We are hiring Health Care Aides and Personal Support Workers
All Well Care is a growing Edmonton home care company, and we are building our founding team of caregivers. If you are an HCA or PSW with real hands-on experience, or you have completed your training and want a first role where you will be supported rather than thrown in, we would like to talk.
We are especially keen to hear from caregivers who speak Gujarati, Punjabi, Hindi or Urdu alongside English — language matching is central to how we work, not an afterthought.

What we are recruiting for
Health Care Aide (HCA)
Delivering personal care in clients’ homes — bathing and hygiene support, mobility and transfers, meal preparation, medication reminders, light household duties and companionship.
What we are looking for
- Health Care Aide certificate, or equivalent training
- Or substantial hands-on caregiving experience
- Clear, patient communication in English
- A second community language is a strong advantage
- Reliability — clients plan their day around your arrival
- Willingness to complete a background check
Personal Support Worker (PSW)
Supporting seniors and adults with special needs through daily routines, companionship, household duties, accompaniment to appointments, respite cover for family caregivers and overnight or live-in support.
What we are looking for
- PSW training or comparable care experience
- Calm, respectful manner with people living with dementia
- Practical kitchen and household competence
- A driver’s licence and vehicle is an asset, not a requirement
- Comfortable working independently in someone’s home
- Willingness to complete a background check
New to the sector? Healthcare is a good field to build a career in, and Alberta needs caregivers. If you are considering HCA training, or are looking for volunteer experience before committing to a course, get in touch and we will tell you honestly what the work involves.
What we offer, and what we expect
Schedules built around real life
We plan routes and shifts properly instead of stacking impossible back-to-backs. If a schedule does not work for you, tell us before it becomes a problem.
Consistent clients
You are matched to a small group of clients and stay with them. You get to know people properly, which is the part of this work that makes it worth doing.
A team that answers the phone
If something happens in a client’s home, you reach a person who can help. You will not be left to work out an escalation on your own.
Clear boundaries
You will never be pressured to perform tasks outside your training or scope, and we back you up when you say no.
Room to grow
We are early. People who join now help shape how this company works — and grow with it as the team and the services expand.
What we expect
Punctuality, discretion, honest notes after every visit, and treating every client’s home as their home. That is the standard, without exception.
Tell us about yourself
Fill in the form and we will get back to you. If you would rather send a résumé directly, email info@allwellcare.ca or call 587-ALLWELL.

- We reply to every application, including the ones we cannot take forward
- Interviews are practical conversations, not tests
- Background checks are required before any placement
