Support shaped to the day you actually have
Every service is delivered in your own home by trained Health Care Aides and Personal Support Workers. Most families start with one or two and add more as things change.
Growing older at home is a real option
There’s an assumption that once daily life gets difficult, a facility is the only answer. For a great many people it isn’t. With the right hours of support, most of what makes home hard — the stairs, the cooking, the medications, the loneliness — can be handled in the home itself.
- Familiar surroundings. The same bed, the same kitchen, the same neighbours — which matters enormously with memory loss.
- One-to-one attention. In a facility a caregiver is shared. At home, the whole visit belongs to one person.
- Your own routine. Meals, prayers, visitors and bedtime stay on your schedule.
- Family stays family. Sons and daughters go back to being sons and daughters.
- Pay for the hours you use. Care can start small and grow if things change.
Approved hours, invoiced — not paid out of pocket
Under Alberta’s CDHCI program you choose the home care provider you want, and the hours approved for you are invoiced through the program rather than charged to you.
A case manager assesses what support is needed and approves a number of hours. All Well Care delivers that care and handles the invoicing. If your family wants anything beyond what was approved, it is optional, quoted up front, and never added without your say-so.
Four steps, and nothing owed until you say yes
Call us, or send a request
Tell us what’s going on in your own words. We’ll listen, answer honestly, and say plainly whether home care is the right fit — even if the answer is not yet.
A free in-home consultation
We visit at a time that suits you, look at the home itself, and talk with everyone involved about routines, preferences, safety and language. No fee, no obligation.
A written care plan
A clear plan setting out which services, which days, how many hours and what it costs — including what CDHCI covers and what, if anything, is optional.
Care begins, and keeps adjusting
We introduce your caregiver before the first shift, check in after the first week, and review regularly. Needs change; the plan changes with them.
Care for the whole community
Aging adults
Seniors who want to stay in their own home and need a hand with daily living, safety, meals or company.
Families arranging care
Adult children managing a parent’s care from across the city — or across the world. We keep you informed and involved.
Adults with special needs
Support with daily routines, companionship and community access for adults living with a disability.
An Edmonton company, built for this community
We started here because we kept seeing the same thing: families doing far more than they could sustain, quietly, because they did not know help was available, could not find caregivers who spoke their language, or assumed it would all be out of pocket. None of those three things has to be true.
The name is deliberate. All Well Care — care aimed at the whole person being well, and meant for everyone in the community who needs it.

Serving Edmonton and surrounding communities. Not sure whether your address is covered? Call and ask — if we cannot reach you reliably, we will say so.
Dignity first
Being helped with a bath or the toilet is not easy for anyone. How that help is given matters as much as whether it is given.
Say it straight
Clear care plans, clear costs, and an honest answer when home care is not the right fit.
Consistency over convenience
We keep small, steady teams around each person. It takes more planning, and it is worth it.
What families ask us first
Can’t see your question? Call 587-ALLWELL — we’d rather talk it through than have you guess.
How quickly can care start?
For most requests we can complete the free consultation within a couple of days and begin care shortly afterwards. If the situation is urgent — a fall, a hospital discharge, a family caregiver who is unwell — call 587-255-9355 and say it’s urgent. We’ll prioritise it.
What’s the minimum I can book?
Care can be as short as a brief daily check-in or as extensive as live-in support. You tell us what you need and we build the schedule around it. Many families begin with a few hours a week and increase gradually.
Do I pay for the assessment?
No. The in-home consultation and the written care plan that follows are free, with no obligation to proceed. If you decide All Well Care isn’t the right fit, that’s a perfectly fine outcome.
Will we get the same caregiver each time?
Consistency is one of the things that makes home care work, particularly with memory loss, so we match a small, regular team to each client and keep it stable. When someone is away we send a caregiver who has already been introduced wherever possible.
Can we get a caregiver who speaks our language?
Yes — our team currently covers English, Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati and Urdu, and we’re adding languages as we grow. Tell us your preference at the consultation and we’ll match accordingly.
Does All Well Care accept CDHCI?
Yes. As a registered CDHCI provider we bill Alberta Blue Cross directly for the eligible services in your care plan, so there are no out-of-pocket costs for approved hours. Eligibility is decided by Alberta Health Services — see our CDHCI page for the criteria and how it works.
